What if house prices fall?

We all know that with anything in life prices can go down as well as up.  However with the 15% discount giving 15% instant equity in the property the market would have to fal by at least 15% before the investor would experience an actual loss.  Although market adjustments have happened in the past, nationally it has not exceeded the equity structured in these deals (local variations may occur).  History does not guarantee future performance.

Can I get my property rented?

We have staff with experience in the letting industry to help clients research and find agents locally to assist with the letting of their investment property.

Can I access funding?

Although 15% deposit is funded via a discount from the Developer toward the total cost of the property, it may help for an Investor to release Equity from their own home to assist in building a portfolio.  Please discuss this with The Real Property Investor.
