Conveyancing is carried out through our nominated Conveyancing Solicitor.  This is to help the whole process run smoothly and controlled.  However if there is a hold-up for whatever reason, we are able to pinpoint why and resolve it before it becomes a huge problem.  The Solicitor is extremely experienced in dealing with these time sensitive transactions, cost effectively.
